You may only order a report for one broodmare at a time. If you have more than one broodmare you wish to analyze, please complete several copies of this form and submit each order separately.
We routinely notify the farm when recommending one of their stallions for a given mare. This lets the stallion manager know we have endorsed the mare for that stallion. At a time when breeders are competing for seasons to the more commercial stallions, it could make a difference when you apply for a season. We disclose to them the name of the mare, but we don't disclose your identity or contact information. If you would prefer to opt out of this service, please check the box below.
